Personalization
Variable printed items contain retailer-specific QR codes and URLs. Retailers must verify their submitted shop and delivery details before production.
Assignment
A QR Kit may be mapped to a retailer account and unique retailer ID after assignment. QR materials should not be transferred to another shop without authorization.
Delivery
Delivery may be handled by WABharat, authorized sales personnel or logistics partners. Delivery timing depends on printing, location and serviceability.
Replacement
Incorrect or damaged items should be reported promptly with photos. Replacement eligibility depends on verification. Damage caused after delivery or unauthorized alteration may not be covered.
