You must provide accurate information, have authority to represent the business and keep account access secure.
2. Subscription
WABharat is a paid service with no free trial unless expressly stated in writing. Subscription, taxes, Welcome Kit and messaging usage charges are separate as shown at checkout.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use WABharat for spam, unlawful messaging, fraud, harassment, policy-prohibited products or violation of third-party rights.
4. Third-Party Services
WhatsApp/Meta, payment gateways, hosting and other integrations are third-party services with their own terms and availability. WABharat does not control their approvals, downtime or policy decisions.
5. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be restricted or suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirement or policy violation.
6. Limitation
The service is provided subject to applicable law. WABharat is not responsible for indirect loss, lost sales or third-party platform actions to the extent permitted by law.
