Subscription Cancellation
Retailers may request cancellation of future AutoPay renewals through available account controls or support, subject to processing timelines. Cancellation does not automatically refund the active billing period.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once service activation or the billing period begins, except where required by law, a verified duplicate payment occurs, or WABharat approves an exception.
QR Welcome Kit
Once personalized printing, assignment or dispatch has started, QR Kit charges are normally non-refundable. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly with evidence.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
Verified duplicate captures or gateway-confirmed reversals are handled according to payment partner timelines and applicable law.
